Refund policy

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of an order is allowed before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy:

1. Returns/ replacements are applicable only in case of supply of defective product within 3 days of receipt of the product
2. The return shipping cost will have to be borne by the purchaser.
3. The items should be in unused condition.
4. All the original packaging and tags should be in place.
5. An complete unboxing video of the products which prove that the product was delivered damaged should be provided for processing replacement request.
